The skies of Tokyo have been taken over by a bizarre phenomenon known as "Hell's Gate." An unknown and abnormal territory, Hell's Gate has given birth to individuals with Special psychic abilities, however these people also lack conscience and human emotion, and brutally murder people in cold blood. They've become known as "Contractors."
As a response, many governments have attempted to use Contractors in order to discover the secrets of Hell's Gate. Hei is just one of these Contractors. With the Code name BK201 and the feared title as "The Black God of Death," he battles other Contractors in his path along with partner Yin. However, his past will soon come to haunt him, and maybe even bring some humanity to Hei as well.
